A lifelong North Down resident, who has lived in Silverstream for many years, Ruby is the most experienced Councillor in the Abbey area. First elected in 1985 she has fought for years for the rights of her constituents. A former PT instructor, Ruby is a strong supporter of the armed forces. She is a former Mayor of the Borough, and a member of the Loyal Orders.
